SAIFCA Volunteers
SAIFCA is supported by a dedicated group of volunteers and contributors who bring expertise from child protection, education, research, policy and related fields. Their time, insight and commitment play an important role in strengthening SAIFCA’s work and ensuring that children’s well-being remains central as the organisation continues to grow.
Strategic Advisor

In this role, he helps to ensure that our work remains grounded, purposeful, and aligned with our mission as we continue to grow.

Dr McCrea holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and spent much of his career leading safety and design initiatives in the automotive industry, with a particular focus on identifying vulnerabilities and reducing risk. He later transitioned into global management consultancy, where he advised multinational organisations on systemic change and strategic direction. Most recently, he has dedicated his time to charitable work, engaging with political leaders and earning recognition for his outstanding contributions to positive social change.
